In searching for a support team, this Financial Coach looked for a Virtual Assistant company that would provide her the versatility of an admin team that could also support her through podcast management. Additionally, she wanted the strategy of a tech team that could make her website and podcast run smoothly for her different brands.
We were tasked with updating weekly podcast episodes and managing the marketing of the podcast. Additionally, she wanted to create courses and offers that would support her clients in the best way possible. By tasking the team with these tasks, Stephanie was able to focus on providing relevant offers and content serving her audience best, bringing on new clientele.

     PODCAST MANAGEMENT

Be sure materials were in place to market the podcast, both to potential listeners and guests. Created an application process that was easy to integrate and share with potential guests. Also, created a method of sharing graphics and links to guests for promotion.

       ORGANIZE AND CLARIFY

Upon further review, it was determined Stephanie's podcast guests could receive better communication and scheduled further in advance. Also, adding additional free offers and providing relevant materials will provide her clients more value. And, thinking outside the box to reach her audience.

      ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

With the amount of time Stephanie offers to her clients and followers, it was essential to create a system of admin support that removed the bottleneck previously evident to Stephanie.
